All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 2–4 business days.

All packages are shipped via USPS or FedEx, and Signature Confirmation is required upon delivery.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. NARÍ HEIR is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or incorrectly delivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Ready-to-Ship Units are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Please consider processing and shipping times when placing your order. If you have an upcoming event, vacation, photoshoot, or hair appointment, we strongly recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance.

Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. While we make every effort to process and ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for carrier delays, especially during holidays or peak shipping seasons.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if an error was made on our behalf, we will do our best to correct the issue. To be eligible for an exchange or resolution, the item must remain unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can review and resolve the issue.

Please ensure that you accurately measure your head before purchasing a custom or pre-made unit. NARÍ HEIR is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Custom units and pre-order items may require additional processing time beyond our standard processing window.

Estimated completion times vary depending on customization requests, inventory availability, and order volume.

Customers will be notified if additional time is required to complete their order.

Please plan accordingly when placing custom or pre-order purchases, especially for special events, vacations, holidays, or appointments.
