WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VIRGIN HAIR AND RAW HAIR? +

Virgin Hair has undergone minimal processing while maintaining excellent quality and longevity.

Raw Hair is 100% unprocessed hair collected from a single donor. It offers the most natural appearance and can last for several years with proper care.

HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED? +

12”-18” = 2-3 bundles

20”-26” = 3 bundles

28”-34” = 4 bundles recommended

WHAT DENSITY SHOULD I CHOOSE? +

180% density is considered full and provides a natural, voluminous look.

If you prefer a fuller and more glamorous appearance, 200% density would be the perfect choice for you.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 13x4 AND 13x6 LACE? +

13x4 Lace features a smaller lace area that goes 4 inches back. It is great for basic parting, middle parts, or shallow side parts.

13x6 Lace offers a larger lace area that goes 6 inches back, giving more scalp space, deeper parts, and more versatile styling.

CAN THE HAIR BE COLORED? +

Yes. Both our Virgin Hair and Raw Hair can be colored and bleached.

CAN I USE HEAT ON THE HAIR? +

Yes. Our hair can be curled, straightened, and styled using heat tools. Always use a heat protectant.

HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST? +

Virgin Hair can last 1-3 years with proper care.

Raw Hair can last 3+ years with proper care and maintenance.

DOES THE HAIR SHED? +

Minimal shedding is normal. Proper maintenance will help preserve the quality and lifespan of your hair.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? +

Processing takes approximately 3-5 business days, followed by 2-4 business days for shipping.
